They do great work and at a very reasonable price. They take the time to explain what's going on with the vehicle and make sure you are comfortable with their repair plans before they start work. Before finding Barnes I used a different shop that never had any type of personal touch. Barnes makes sure to keep that so you feel confident bringing your vehicle back to them. Service advisors I spoke with were very enthusiastic and helpful. They asked questions and were very detailed with their intake report. The diagnostic and repair report was sent via link for me to review. I was quoted a competitive price with warranty for repairs. Anytime I called they were positive and friendly. The folks working at Barnes Auto are professional, very nice and very thorough. They test your car and provide you with an estimate of costs for the repair. Not only that, they take time to explain everything. They also advise you on potential future repairs. I found their prices to be reasonable. This time we were there to get my son's car fixed and I wouldn't hesitate to take my car to them. In fact I plan to start having them do my oil changes and have already recommended them to my husband. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Towed a Hyundai Sonata to Barnes as it would not start. Called ahead and booked an appointment. Took the car in as soon as I arrived. Diagnosed the problem by afternoon and let me know. Reasonable charges for the work. I would recommend them for any car services !!!!!

They did a thorough inspection of my car the first time I went there for an oil change, and when they saw my brakes needed replaced, they were informative but not pushy or greedy. It has been about 2 months since I took my car to Barnes for service and waited to make sure everything was working great before posting. Barnes Auto Service saved me approx $5K. I was told my 2012 Nissan Murano needed a new transmission; the quote was $6K. I found Barnes based on Google reviews. They serviced my transmission. Although I've been driving my car since it was serviced, I put it to the test by driving through the hills of Floyds Knob Indiana. Everything worked well. I recommend Barnes for your auto repair needs.

Barnes Automotive Service is, without a doubt, the best vehicle diagnostic and service company that I have ever worked with in my life. I love this place! It's very easy to book an appointment online and the staff is very willing to work with you to get your car fixed. They are willing to do after hour drop offs and pickups and explain all mechanical issues clearly. The prices are also very fair. Would recommend to anybody.

I called Barnes needing preventative maintenance on a very compressed time frame. They were super friendly and helpful and got me in right away, and delivered my truck when they said they would. What makes me rate them 5 stars is that they were detailed in their inspection of my truck, they checked my differential for me, changed the fluid at my request, and took care of my transmission and transfer case, and all of this was extra on top of what I asked for. Yet they still delivered my truck on time. They even called me after about a week just to make sure my truck was doing well even though they knew I was out of State. They delivered a high level of customer service, and work product.

This is Kenneth Brown I had a problem with my 2006 Ford Expedition the engine would cut off while I was driving in traffic. No one could find the problem, I called Barnes Repair and explained problem. On 04/16/20 Barnes found co sensor had melted on exhaust but they did not stop there they found several other things wrong. They kept in touch every step of the way of repair. They repaired my wiring harness and brakes. After I got my vehicle back they even called me to make sure every thing was ok. I would recommend every one if you have a problem with your vehicle get in touch with Barnes Auto Repair 5029668644 they will make sure your vehicle will be in top shape when you get it back. I took my son's car here several months ago and received excellent service so when my eldest child's car broke down I recommended them to him. He has always done his own work on his cars but this time he needed a helping hand. He had his car towed to Barnes and two days later I received a text from him with raving reviews. I was expecting my son to complain about every little detail since he is so used to working on things himself but all he could do is rave about the mechanics, their knowledge, and how well they treated him.
